Xtreme projects set to sponsor a junior motocross team in
2014. Junior motocross has been given a much needed boost
with this new team being formed. We know that tomorrows champions
will be today’s junior riders.
The team will be known as the “Xtreme Projects Racing
Division” team. Riders on the team are PE based Pro-Mini
rider Keegan Hickson-Mahony and 85cc rider Grant
Hutton joined by KZN based rider Cameron Durow.
Although they will all be riding under the Xtreme Projects
banner they will still keep individual sponsors and honour
their commitments to these sponsors.
PE businessman Kevin Kelly, a desert 1000 finisher and ex
national quad competitor, saw junior motocross as an excellent
way to promote his brand and subsequently formed the team.
After spending the whole weekend at the Rover MX National
and seeing the spirit of the 3 riders he immediately called
his brand manager and got the ball rolling.
Goodluck to the team for the upcoming Cape Town Nationals!
